Winter storm hits SoCal, grapevine closed to traffic

A strong and cold winter storm has hit the Southland, bringing in rain and snow. Icy road conditions closed parts of theI-5 near the Grapevine leaving drivers stuck. FOX 11's Christina Gonzalez spoke to Caltrans on how they clear one of California's busiest highway.
