February is Black History Month. It's important to highlight the legacy of Ida B. Wells. She was one of the nation's first black, female journalists. She was also a co-founder of the NAACP, an anti-lynching crusader and the great-grandmother to Michelle Duster who's written a new book entitled Ida B. The Queen: The Life and Legacy Of Ida B. Wells.
