Ralphs, Food 4 Less to close 3 LA locations after extra $5 an hour 'Hero Pay' ordinance

Ralphs and Food 4 Less announced the closure of three Los Angeles stores following the City Council's vote on March 3 to approve an ordinance that requires large grocery and pharmacy retailers to offer employees an additional $5 per hour in hazard pay amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
