Two teens won't face jail time for deadly attack on Moreno Valley boy
Two juvenile boys who were charged in the 2019 fatal assault of Moreno Valley middle school student Diego Stolz, will not receive jail sentences, a judge ruled on Friday. The Riverside District Attorney's office told FOX 11 that Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs ordered each juvenile to do 150 hours of community service and that they will be required to participate in various programs specifically tailored toward their rehabilitative needs.
