UPDATE: Martin Sheen's house survived the Woolsey Fire after all
MALIBU, CA (FOX 11) - We have good news to report about Actor Martin Sheen!
If you recall, during the rapid spread of the Woolsey Fire on November 9th, FOX 11's Hal Eisner was able to find the actor after his son, Charlie Sheen, tweeted he could not get ahold of his parents. Martin evacuated his home earlier that day and relocated to Zuma Beach, where we found him.
At that time, Martin believed there was little chance that his house would have been standing amid the wildfire that spread rapidly near his property and across parts of Southern California.
We went back and talked to the actor Wednesday, November 21st, and he said his house actually survived, although it was covered in ash. The family thanks everyone for their concern.
