3 hospitalized after 2-car crash in Pasadena

PASADENA, Calif. - A two-car crash in Pasadena sheared a fire hydrant and sent three people to the hospital.

It happened around 1:15 a.m. Thursday on the E. Washington Boulevard area near Del Rey Avenue.

CHP did not know the cause of the crash or the extent of injuries among the victims. 

Video shows a car badly damaged dangling from a power pole support wire, and another showing extensive front-end damage.
