Boy, 11, goes missing from Altadena group home
ALTADENA (FOX 11 / CNS) - Sheriff's officials asked for the public's help Saturday to find an 11-year-old boy who went missing after leaving a group home in Altadena.
Kayson McLane was last seen about 9:25 a.m. Friday at the Hathaway-Sycamores group home in the 2900 block of North El Nido Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Kayson is Hispanic, about 5-feet tall, weighs 131 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray short-sleeved Nike shirt and black sweatpants.
Anyone with information regarding the boy's whereabouts was urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Missing Persons Unit at (323) 890-5500 to speak with Sergeant Nava or Detective Abraham or 911.
Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477).
