Lights, Camera, Emmy Nominations!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (FOX 11) - It's that time of year again, the most wonderful time of the year in Hollywood: Awards Season.

The 70th annual Primetime Emmy Awards are kicking off Awards Season 2018/2019, and we were on the scene at The Television Academy early this morning to bring you the nominations live!

The nominations were read by The Blacklist's Ryan Eggold and The Hand Maid Tale's Samira Wiley, who we caught up with afterwards to talk about the big morning.

Some of the key categories include Best Comedy and Drama series.

Comedy nominees are: Atlanta, Glow, Black*ish, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Saturday Night Live, Barry, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Silicon Valley, and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

Drama nominees are: The Americans, The Crown, Game of Thrones, The Hand Maid's Tale, Stranger Things, This Is Us, and Westworld
