Long Beach installs hand-washing stations throughout city to help slow spread of COVID-19

The city of Long Beach is hoping to slow the spread of COVID-19 by encouraging people to regularly wash their hands.

On Friday the city announced they installed several hand-washing stations to help them in their fight against COVID-19.

The city says the stations are place in high-density locations where there is typically limited public access to hand-washing facilities. Several of the locations are also accessible to the homeless population.
