Man stuck in cove rescued in Rancho Palos Verdes

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. (FOX 11) - A dramatic rescue at a small cove off Inspiration Point in Rancho Palos Verdes after a man became stuck due to the rough waves Thursday night.

Emergency crews gathered in the area of Peppertree Drive and Palos Verdes Drive where a rescue crew descended to the cove where they located the man reportedly suffering from minor injuries.

A rescue helicopter helped light the area as crews on the ground secured the man who was then raised into the helicopter and transported to safety.
