Woodley Fire in Sepulveda Basin quickly controlled
LOS ANGELES - As winds continued to pick up and spark other fires in LA County, firefighters quickly gained control of a wildfire that sparked in the Sepulveda Basin.
The Woodley Fire was reported around 4 a.m. on Woodley Ave. just south of Victory Blvd.
According to Cal Fire, the blaze was initially reported at 75 acres, however, it was later revised to 30 acres.

As of 11 a.m., containment remains at 0%, but firefighters were able to quickly confine flames to one area and stop it from spreading.
Firefighters are still working to contain the fire and protect structures in the area.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
