50 year mortgage: Real estate expert weighs pros and cons

Owning a home is the American dream for millions, but due to the overall cost of living these days that dream has been difficult to obtain. President Trump floated the idea for a 50-year mortgage. On the surface, it's meant to save potential homeowners hundreds of dollars a month in payments. But the proposal has also received a lot of criticism. Real estate expert Jason Oppenheim, president and founder of the Oppenheim Group joined FOX 11 to discuss the pros and cons of the plan.
