Baby Bash & Frankie J. perform live on Good Day LA + backstage interview
LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Danny Trejo's acting career made him a household name, and then he wowed us with his taco shops, restaurants and food trucks. Then he appealed to the sweeter side of life with Trejo's Coffee & Donuts. Stellar careers on their own, but Trejo is adding another industry to his resume, and this one includes international music sensations Baby Bash and Frankie J., who performed Friday on Good Day LA as part of our Mercury Insurance Concert Series.
Trejo recently launched his own record label, called Trejo's Music. The first album under Trejo's Music is called Danny Trejo Presents Chicano Soul Shop Volume 1, which dropped on Father's Day. The album features Latino artists Baby Bash, Frankie J, Joey Quinones, Chiquis Rivera, Malik Malo, Cota, Trish Toledo, Tara New, Deztini Ftinas, Marty Obey and Puro Bandido.
After their performances, we met up with Baby Bash and Frankie J. backstage for an interview. Check it out here:
