Person found dead near Metro Orange Line bus in Van Nuys; Murder suspect in custody
VAN NUYS, Calif. (FOX 110 - LAPD have confirmed that quadruple murder suspect Gerry Zaragoza was taken into police custody in the Canoga Park area.
Police provide update on series of deadly shootings in the San Fernando Valley.
Authorities say it is unknown if the Metro Orange bus line victim knew or was connected to the murder suspect.

The Los Angeles Police Department is on scene of a shooting in Van Nuys.
It is reported the shooting possibly happened onboard the Orange Line bus at Victory Blvd. and Woodley Ave. in Van Nuys.
The Los Angeles Metro released a statement on the Orange Line incident on Thursday.
Police have set up a large perimeter around the area.
Police believe this shooting may be related to a series of deadly shootings that happened this morning in Canoga Park and North Hollywood.

The police department is asking everyone to avoid the area of Victory and Woodley. They are urging people to remain in their homes with the doors and windows locked while they continue to search for a shooting suspect.
