They keep on a spending but they still ain't sending

The state's running outta money voters say no more taxes
And the price keeps going up like smoke from the ashes
It's close to eighty billion and there's no end in sight
But the Rail officials say how the future looks so bright

There's lots of things California needs but a train is not the answer
