Triple Threat Truck: LA's only Puerto Rican food truck

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Food trucks are very popular here in Los Angeles, but did you know that there is only one Puerto Rican Food Truck? It's called the Triple Threat Truck, and you can't miss it with the Puerto Rican flag waving in the wind.

The truck serves all the famous Puerto Rican dishes: Mofongo, Tostones, and even has Gluten-free options.

Tuesday night, the Triple Threat Truck set up shop right outside our Fox 11 studio, and many of the staff enjoyed Puerto Rican food for the first time.

We also discovered that their daughter, Maria, was a contestant on season 6 of Master Chef -- I guess you could say, good fun runs in the family!
