L.A. County deputies ask for public's help locating missing woman who has schizophrenia

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing woman who suffers from schizophrenia.

Yessel Guadalupe Lopez, 19, has not been seen or heard from since Sunday at 10:00 p.m. when she left her home on the 12100 block of Pine Street, Norwalk.

Yessel was last seen carrying a brown backpack. She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 175 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and has braces.

According to deputies, Yessel suffers from schizophrenia and has a mental capacity of an 8-year-old.
